People try many new things in their daily life they do
different things, they eat different things, they wear different things etc.
Many of Indians want to try something different Dishes in their Daily life some
of them eating spicy, some of them eating sugary. I just want to aware that
there is lots of problem by eating too sugary and by eating too spicy.

more spices are used to make food looks good and to make food more spicy and
tasty. Excessive amount of spices and sugar can cause health problems, whenever
you want to eat something spicy or sugary keep in mind that this could be
harmful for your health.
North Indian
Vegetarian Recipes are very good for health. Healthy Ingredients are
used to make food more delicious. Indian Ghee is used in couple of dishes that
make you strong internally and externally. Moreover crushed Almond is used in
some winter dishes that help you to stay warm and stay active.

Whenever you want to eat something keep in mind that you
want to eat healthy. We all are aware that there is much obesity, heart
diseases in the world before. We don’t want to be one of them. So, eat well, go
to gym and do exercise to stay in shape.
